Withdraw from Silo
Withdrawals from your Silo account are designed to be simple, secure, and convenient. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process: Navigate to the Transfers tab within your Silo account. From there, access the transfers page through the “Deposit Cash” button.
Initiate Withdrawal
Once you've accessed the withdrawal feature, enter the amount you wish to withdraw. It's important to note that each withdrawal request is subject to a maximum limit of $100,000. For security purposes, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required to confirm the withdrawal.
Limitations
Please be aware that there are certain limitations associated with withdrawals. During the first 90 days following your initial deposit, withdrawals can only be made to the bank account from which the deposit was made. This is to protect against fraudulent requests and money laundering practices.
Processing Time
After confirming your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation notification. The processing time for withdrawals may vary depending on factors such as banking hours and transaction volume. Similar to deposits, withdrawals take around 4-5 business days to process.
