Complete Tasks for Silo
Once you open your Silo account, it is common to have multiple pending tasks that must be completed prior to your account being approved. Here are some of the most common tasks you might be assigned and how to complete them.
Au10tix Identity Selfie Verification
- Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab of the Silo App
- Once you navigate here, select the “Identity Verification” button to enter the Au10tix portal
- Click on the consent message
- Scan ID document that is required
- Take Selfie to complete identity verification
Proof of Identity Document Submission
- Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab of the Silo App
- Once you navigate here, select the “Proof Of Identity” button to enter the document submission page
- The following are acceptable documents for this task: Drivers License, Passport, Alien ID Card, National ID Card
- Expiration date is needed for Drivers License and Passport submission
- When taking or choosing a photo of your document, please make sure that you provide the most clear photo possible
Proof of Address Document Submission
- Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab of the Silo App
- Once you navigate here, select the “Proof Of Address” button to enter the document submission page
- Acceptable Documents can be found here, some of which are bank statements or brokerage statements
- Depending on which you select to provide you will be prompted to our image selector or pdf selector
Proof of Wealth Document Submission
- Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab of the Silo App
- Once you navigate here, select the “Proof Of Wealth” button to enter the document submission page
- You could be assigned one of several “Proof of Wealth” based on the information you provided as your “Source of Wealth”
- Using the dropdown, select which documentation you would like to provide. Then, either upload a photo of your choice or a pdf accordingly
Other Document Submission
Sometimes, our custodian might require further documentation or justification regarding your account status. For example, a combination of your employment status and your assets could trigger a justification of your source of income. In this case, you will have to enter our secure portal to complete such tasks.
- Questionnaire: Higher Than Expected Income For Employment
- Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab of the Silo App
- Once you navigate here, select the “Finish Account Creation” button to enter the secure
- Here, you can find the questionnaire. Questions will be related to the sources of your annual income or previous employment experience
Processing Time
Once submitted, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Any transfers that are initiated when the account is in a pending state will be approved or processed once the status of the account is approved.
